Who we are

Cloud Lab Works LLC ("Cloud Lab Works", "we") is a Washington limited liability company. Contact: alex@cloudlabworks.dev.

This website

cloudlabworks.dev is a static informational site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, has no user accounts, and loads no third-party resources. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as it is needed to respond to you.

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes connection metadata (such as IP address and request headers) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not receive or retain that data beyond aggregate traffic counts.

Google API Services

Cloud Lab Works operates a Google Cloud project used to connect Google Nest devices that we own to our own home-automation systems through the Google Smart Device Management API. This integration is used only by Cloud Lab Works for its own devices. It is not offered to the public, and no third party's Google account data is accessed, collected, or stored.

Cloud Lab Works' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained through Google APIs is not sold, not used for advertising, and not transferred to third parties except as required to operate the integration or by law.

Your rights

Ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and we will tell you, correct it, or delete it. Washington and applicable U.S. law govern this policy.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. The current version is always at cloudlabworks.dev/privacy.
